Franca Von Wunster is one of the leading brands of the Tex Zeta company. A refined and elegant line of costumes manufactured and created to meet the needs of every lady.
The collections are based on two key principles: style and functionality.
Franca Von Wunster’s story is one of a great little revolutionary of style, born and raised at Imec and who then spread her wings and redefined the contours of elegance of the era.
It all started in 1954 when Franca Von Wunster began to collaborate with Imec, a leading company that had been active in the field since 1936.
A few months after her debut in the company, it was impossible not to notice the extraordinary talent of this stylish dressmaker so that when she created the Parigi chemise in 1963, she garnered a starring role in the spotlight.
The attention to wearability and cut played a fundamental role, but above all, as the newspapers of the era claimed, it was a “colour revolution” so the classics of white, pink, light blue and black made room for the innovative colours of the period such as blue, red, green and brown.
The definitive choice was made in 1974. The Franca Von Wunster brand was founded, with a very high market position and the clear objective of appealing to a high-end clientele.
Since then, everything changed so that nothing would ever touch that innovative and pioneering spirit that represents the brand’s distinguishing feature.
The impeccable wearability, the skilful use of colour, the extraordinary study of prints and the desire to reach even women with more generous figures.
